Optical Fiber Test
With advanced equipment imported from France, Japan and USA, Changrong can conduct various tests according to industrial standards such as: Optical Fiber Screening Fiber Optical Performance Test (OTDR, PMD, Dispersion, etc.) Fiber Environmental Performance Test Fiber Mechanical Performance Test ( Proof, Dynamic Fatigue, Bending Loss,etc.)
Incoming Material Test
Changrong pay attention to the quality of each incoming material for cable production by carrying out strict inspection procedures on sheath material, FRP, PSP, glass yarn, filling compound, waterproof tape, etc. Material Tensile, Sheath Material Aging, Elongation at break, Flame Resistance, Density, Carbon Black Content, Environmental stress crack etc. totally 15 tests will be conducted according to quality control requirements.
Fiber Optic Cable Test
Changrong’s quality department will test full mechanical and environmental performance for each batch of finished fiber cables according to standards. Every testing will be recorded and analyzed for further improvement.
