Steel Messenger Wire: Galvanized steel wire embedded in upper figure-8 lobe, undertakes overall cable tension and dead weight to realize self-support overhead installation.
Fiber Unit:
Optical fiber: 1/2/4/6 cores single-mode fiber, color-coded per IEC/TIA standard; G.657 series fiber for superior anti-bending performance.
Double parallel solid steel wires strength on two sides of fiber core, reinforcing anti-crush and tensile property of fiber unit.
LSZH Outer Sheath: Overall cladding for whole figure-8 structure with prefabricated tear notch; optional UV-resistant modified LSZH for long-term open-air exposure.

Self-support FIG8 Integrated Design: No extra suspension steel wire needed for overhead laying, cutting accessory and construction costs; dimension fixed at 5.2×2.0mm for narrow-space routing.
Full-Steel Reinforcement: Inner dual steel strength members + top steel messenger deliver higher tensile capacity vs FRP-type GJYXFCH, enabling longer aerial span.
Tool-Free Quick Stripping: Built-in tear slit allows manual sheath splitting to separate messenger and fiber unit without professional stripping tools, accelerating field termination.
