Fiber Optic Cable

ADSS aerial optical fiber cable is a kind of combined optical cable made by winding the optical fiber bundle on the central strength member, after insulation, waterproof, reinforcement, sheath, and other protective measures. ADSS cable is mainly installed on the existing 220kV or lower power line. Layer or central tube design. Ar amid yarn is used as a strength component to enhance tensile and strain properties. The outer sheath can be divided into PE and tracking resistance PE to correspond to space potentials lower than and greater than 12kV.
The fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus plastic and filled with gel. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the non-metallic strength member to form the cable core. The cable core is filled with water blocking compound and PE inner jacket is extruded. Then the aramid yarn armored around the inner jacket to reinforce . Finally, PE or AT outer jacket is completed.

Fibers are positioned in a central tube made of high-modulus plastic and filled with tube gel. The tube is armored with aramid yarns and water blocking yarns. Then the corruagted steel tape (CST ) is enhanced around the tube. Finally a LSZH jacket is extruded.
