GYTZS is an outdoor stranded loose tube fiber optic cable with steel tape armored and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) flame-retardant sheath, specially designed for duct and underground direct buried installation. It integrates excellent mechanical protection, full water blocking, flame retardancy, and stable long-distance transmission performance, widely used in harsh outdoor and high fire-safety environments.
Optical Fiber: Single-mode fibers (G.652D, G.657 etc.) or multi-mode fibers, coating diameter 250μm
Loose Tubes: Fibers placed in PBT loose tubes filled with waterproof filling compound to control fiber excess length and resist micro-bending loss.
Cable Core Stranding: Loose tubes stranded around a central strength member (CSM) (generally steel or fiberglass rod) with SZ stranding.
Water Blocking: Water blocking yarns and filling compounds applied in the core to ensure full longitudinal water resistance.
Armoring: Steel tape armored longitudinally applied for high crush resistance and rodent protection.
Outer Sheath: LSZH flame-retardant sheath, low smoke, non-toxic, halogen-free when burning.
